14-day returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition they arrived.
- Please email us at olyasboutique@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we’ll share the return address.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
- The original $6.99 shipping charge is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
Damaged or not as described
If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund, including shipping.
Exchanges
Because every piece is one of a kind, we’re unable to offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund instead.
